The Corporal Hunter books began on a less than serious note.  We were sitting around one evening and I was making up stories about my wife’s Boston Terriers, Hunter and Holly… and Corporal Hunter was born.  Fred is our silly and adorable Rhodesian Ridgeback, who has brightened our lives each and every day.
